Ben is an industry professional with nearly a decade of expertise in corporate growth and business development within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Department of Defense (DoD) sectors. Beginning his professional journey at Medical Science & Computing, LLC (MSC), Ben played a pivotal role in the company's remarkable growth, leading to its acquisition by Dovel Technologies. As a dedicated BD Operations Manager, he propelled MSC/Dovel's revenue from $20M to over $200M, securing an impressive portfolio of contracts exceeding $800M with a win rate of 73%.
With a reputation for success, Ben then joined Emagine IT as Director of BD Operations, contributing significantly to the company's attainment of over $120M in contracts and achieving a commendable win rate of 60%. His unwavering commitment to excellence and extensive experience led him to further expand his skill set within the DoD space as he joined MLT Systems as the Manager of BD.
Today, Ben stands at the helm of On Par BD Consulting, leveraging his industry knowledge to empower businesses and drive their growth to new horizons. As a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Shipley Certified BD Professional, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Guru, he brings a wealth of expertise and strategic insights to guide organizations towards success.
